At Water Doctor, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products. We stand behind every water treatment system we sell with comprehensive warranty coverage, giving you peace of mind that your investment is protected.

All Water Doctor products are covered by our standard 5-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance conditions from the date of purchase.

What's Covered

Our 5-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a product proves defective during the warranty period, Water Doctor will:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product
  • Refund the purchase price of the product (in some cases)

What's Not Covered

Our warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance
  • Products that have been modified or serviced by unauthorized personnel
  • Normal wear and tear, including filter replacements
  • Damage caused by accidents, power surges, or acts of nature
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
